Base pipeline

Ordered steps. Each consumes the previous output; review gates hold until a person accepts.

Starts from: User consent, preferences and conversation records
Delivers: Check-in and reminder records or stopped follow-up state

Review contract

People decide at review gates; components supply data, drafts or review surfaces. Unaccepted outputs do not advance.

Integration note

Crisis routing supplies guidance and unsent drafts, not professional support; reminders need separate opt-in and opt-out controls.
