What it does
Display supplied event cards and an animated source/evidence drawer. The repository page contains five mock events; supplied summary/confidence/sentiment fields are presentation data rather than computed analytics.

Maturity and limits
Parameterized React card props and selection state are implemented; no backend or working Scout/Alerts navigation exists. Phase 2: source paths and implementation inspected statically; tests and external integrations were not executed. Maturity rates repository implementation, not a verified production deployment.
