Maturity and limits
Actor-based refresh coordination and challenge flow are implemented; README describes signing behavior. Phase 2: source paths and implementation inspected statically; tests and external integrations were not executed. Maturity rates repository implementation, not a verified production deployment.
No root license found; macOS signing and backend-contract compatibility need review. Reads financial/user metadata; no runtime validation performed.
