Maturity and limits
Discount caps, eligibility/usage helpers, recommendations and admin coupon CRUD exist. Static source inspection only; no runtime, provider, deployment or test-pass claim.
Exchange rates can fall back to defaults; rounding, concurrent usage and eligibility need dedicated tests.
