Working

Controller builds cached topic/tag aggregates from recent articles. Phase 2: source paths and implementation inspected statically; tests and external integrations were not executed. Maturity rates repository implementation, not a verified production deployment.

composer.json declares MIT but retains Laravel scaffold metadata; confirm application rights. Source/site terms, personal data and LLM accuracy matter. Several schedules are commented out; tests are mainly scaffold auth tests.
