Maturity and limits

Working

Implemented plugin helpers with standalone security/order-flow/release tests. Phase 2: source paths and implementation inspected statically; tests and external integrations were not executed. Maturity rates repository implementation, not a verified production deployment.

No root license found. Encrypted card data, supplier credentials and WooCommerce permissions need careful handling; source checks are not a live audit.
