Maturity and limits
SearchPlan, AI/heuristic fallback and refine_search_queries implemented. Static source inspection only; no runtime, provider, deployment or test-pass claim.
No license found. Local SQLite stores configuration; payload/debug logs and fetched web content require privacy review. Search quality and provider feature support vary; tests not executed.
