What it does
Select allowlisted source files, apply deny rules/exceptions, verify required files and scan selected text for sensitive material before creating a public distribution with a manifest.

Maturity and limits
selectOssDistributionFiles applies allow/deny rules; runOssDistributionExport enforces destination/selection and sensitive-text checks. Related distributions carry the same exporter. Source inspected statically; tests and external integrations were not executed.
Pattern-based scans cannot guarantee absence of every secret. Output must remain separate from source; dry-run and execution are distinct. This inventory does not execute the exporter.
