What it does
Builds aggregate/detail alliance mappings and enriches traffic rows with partner, source and ownership fields while flagging conflicting mappings; supports a dashboard-export-to-CSV fallback.

Maturity and limits
Two mapping levels, conflict indicators, enrichment functions and source fallback are implemented. Phase 2: source paths and implementation inspected statically; tests and external integrations were not executed. Maturity rates repository implementation, not a verified production deployment.
