Working

Four collectors, retry/attempt service and live-quote/base-collector tests. Static source inspection only; no runtime, provider, deployment or test-pass claim.

MIT license; OTA terms, anti-bot behavior and changing layouts affect reuse. Browser sessions contain credentials; synthetic demo mode must be distinguished from live quotes.
