Executable providers discover/boot devices, build/install/launch apps, capture screenshots/logs, inspect UI and send actions via Android ADB/UIAutomator or iOS simctl/idb. Compiled provider code is present.

Android ui.js calls adb uiautomator dump and parses bounds before selection/action; iOS sim.js lists/boots/installs devices and ui.js explicitly checks idb availability. Static source inspection; no code, device command or integration was executed.
