What it does
Read verified backup sessions, project legacy node graphs, quarantine invalid content and import idempotently into an ownership-bound store. Imported data is history-only and cannot become a new live run or usage charge.

Maturity and limits
LegacySessionImporter.prepare binds source/manifest hashes; import transaction rechecks unchanged backup, profile/schema, empty target and prior graph identity; receipt declares replay=history_only. Source inspected statically; tests and external integrations were not executed.
Strict legacy formats and backup ownership apply. New formats need adapters; historical content must remain untrusted and must not authorize execution.
