Seeded avatar generation and normalized custom avatars
What it does
Render deterministic avatar SVGs from style/seed/palette and normalize uploaded images into immutable WebP objects with revision/hash checks. This is procedural rendering and normalization, not an AI image model.

Maturity and limits
Static inspection only; no tests or provider calls executed.
Decode limits and object-store tenancy must remain enforced; generated SVG must be served with correct content handling. Existing upload limit is 2 MB and accepted seed length is 1–128.
