Maturity and limits

Working

CLI setup/doctor/warmup tests. Phase 2: source paths and implementation inspected statically; tests and external integrations were not executed. Maturity rates repository implementation, not a verified production deployment.

MIT license; OTA terms, anti-bot behavior and changing layouts affect reuse. Browser sessions contain credentials; synthetic demo mode must be distinguished from live quotes.
