What it does
Run long parameter sweeps, walk-forward jobs and research tasks in a bounded thread pool with persisted job metadata and interrupted-job recovery.

Maturity and limits
JobService includes thread pool, lock and recovery on initialization. Source paths were inspected statically; tests and live integrations were not executed. This rating describes implemented code, not production validation.
